Mr. Carlênio Bezerra Castelo Branco holds a degree in Computer Science from the Catholic University of Pernambuco, with a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration from the University of Pernambuco and an MBA in Business Management from the Universidad Mayor in Chile.

He has more than 30 years of experience in strategy, risk management, finance and corporate planning. Since June 4, 2012, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and since January 24, 2022, the position of Chief Financial Officer, member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee and of the People Committee at Senior Sistemas. He has already held management positions in other companies, acting as Executive Commercial & Marketing Director and General Director at GetNet Chile at Get Brasil, Nacional Sales Manager at Oi/Telemar and Sales Manager at Grupo Carlos Lyra.

Mr. Alencar Berwanger holds a degree in Computer Science from the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB), with a postgraduate degree in the Advanced Management Program from Fundação Dom Cabral INSEAD, Human Resources from the National Postgraduate Institute (INPG)/Fundação Getúlio Vargas, in addition to having studied Mergers and Acquisitions at INSPER, Xponencial Business Administration XBA at Startse University, Programa Desenvolvimento Dirigentes at Fundação Dom Cabral, Intelligent Organizations: Collaboration and the Future of Work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Building, Leading, and Sustaining the Innovative Organization by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Managing Technical Professionals and Organizations.

He has more than 30 years of experience in team management, prospecting processes, acquisition and incorporation of new businesses in Brazil and abroad. He has joined Senior Sistemas on August 1m 1992 and has held several management positions in the company, being Development Leader, Product Manager, Product Area Manager and Marketing and Product Director, on March 20, 2018 he became the current position of Director of New Business and is currently also a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions Committee.

Mr. Carlos Valle holds a degree in Information Systems Technician from Escola Técnica Tupy and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), with a postgraduate degree and an MBA in Business, Change Management and Marketing from Castelo Branco University (UCB) , in addition to having studied Negotiation Changing the Game at Harvard Business School, Platform Strategies at MIT Sloan School of Management and XBA - Xponential Business Administration at Nova School of Business and Economics.

He has more than 28 years of experience as an executive in software development companies and has expertise in retail, manufacturing and logistics. Since June 18, 2018, he has held the position of Development Director at Senior Sistemas, as well as being a member of the People Committee. He has worked in management positions in other companies, and today he is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of VC-X Solutions Tecnologia S/A. since February 2021, appointed by the Company due to the Shareholders' Agreement entered into between the shareholders of VC-X, and Director for Information Technology Affairs at ACIB Associação Comercial e Industrial de Blumenau, since May 2021, and has already served as Director of Mon. Fashion, Food and Retail Services at Linx, Director of the Manufacturing and Logistics Segment at TOTVS, Director of Product and Services at Datasul Serviços and was Managing Partner at Datasul Tecnologia.

Mr. Hermínio Gastaldi holds a degree in Computer Science from the Regional University of Blumenau (FURB), an MBA in Business Management from the INPG Business School - São Paulo, the Leadership Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC), an MBA in Commercial Management from Febracorp University, an MBA in AI and Data Science for Leaders from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Xponential Business Administration from StartSE University Portugal. He has over 35 years of experience in strategy, sales team management and corporate planning.

He has joined Senior Sistemas on November 26, 1998 and has held various management positions in the company, including Business Manager, Account Manager, Channel Manager and National Channel Manager, and on May 2, 2011, he became Market Director, the position he currently holds.

Mr. Jean Paul Vieira holds a degree in Data Processing from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC), an MBA in Marketing from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), an Executive MBA from the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC), an MBA in Global Administration from the University of Lisbon , Production Engineering from the State University of Santa Catarina (UDESC) and Commercial Management from the National Graduate Institute (INPG). He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology area in people management, strategy, planning and creation of new technological solutions.

He has joined Senior Sistemas on January 21, 2015, starting as Development Director, and on July 17, 2018, he became Marketing and Product Director, which he currently holds. He has been an alternate member of the Board of Directors of Novasoft SAS since March 2021, appointed by the Company due to the Shareholders' Agreement entered into between Novasoft's partners. He has experience in management positions in other companies, acting as Product Director at Linx, Development Director at Datasul/TOTVS and Development Manager at Datasul.

Mrs. Jussara Aparecida de Almeida Dutra holds a degree in Psychology from the Federal University of Paraná, an MBA in Business Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a Master's in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster (London-UK), the Leadership Development Program from the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC) and Specialization in Training and Development at the Federal University of Paraná.

She has more than 30 years of experience implementing strategies and processes in the areas of People Management, Corporate University, Knowledge Management and Process Management. She has been with Senior Sistemas since September 1, 2008 and during her career at the company she has held the positions of Talent Management Manager, Human and Organizational Development Manager and on May 1, 2018 she became People and Organization Director , and is currently a member of the People Committee. She was advisory board member of the Brazilian Association of Human Resources Santa Catarina from 2019 to 2021, as well as managing partner of Instituto Crescitá Ltda until 2017.

Mr. Whillian holds a degree in Computer Science, completed two master's degrees and is pursuing a professional doctorate in Management and Business, specializing in IT Management, Business Psychology and Data Science – BigData and Analytics. His professional trajectory was built working in strategic positions in companies such as Meta, Hewlett Packard, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HCL and Stefanini.
